On Saturday, we were on our way to Nappy Land but overshot the exit and had to make a U-turn. It was a beautiful mistake as we saw a family of ducks, daddy and mummy ducks with 6 baby ducks, crossing a road at a junction. Too bad Dad's camera couldn't capture sound as we were all screaming away in our car as the ducks were crossing the road. It was a close shave as a turquoise car just whizzed past after they have crossed a lane. In another lane, a dark blue car stopped to give way to them if not it would be a sad ending. As they were crossing halfway, one of the baby duck walked too fast and daddy duck dashed in front to protect it. Obviously, a white lorry's driver did not see the ducks as he drove by in a fast speed. Luckily daddy duck braked for a second and the rest of them also braked. As you can see from the clip, a few other cars also stopped to give way to them as they were approaching the other end of the road. After 1 min or so, the ducky family finally crossed the entire road safety. We were practically holding our breath as we watched the ducky family cross the road!

Very cute wor! They are like a real family like that. And the drivers actually give way!! Next time got Hamster or Kangeroo crossing, pls capture them as well. Here in Spore, the driver will ram thru every cat and dog 'cause always in a hurry.
Nah, we were stuck in red light as our car was waiting to turn right then.
Sad to say, hamsters are prohibited in Aus (sob sob) but guinea pigs are allowed though.
perhaps you can consider falling in love wtih guinea pigs. they are no less adorable compared to hamsters... trust me.... and they are fat enough for you to hug them... ronghui
Yes, guinea pigs r cute too but hamsters are still my fav... and I still miss my hamsters after all these yrs haha!
