Take a moment

So many things happened in the past two months, I can't describe them all.

There were happy moments, exciting events, challenging experiences and moments of grief. My emotions have gone through a roller coaster ride and think I need to take a moment here.

I have always believed that things happen for specific reasons and that we can't control everything in life. Recently, I came to realise that this may not be true. There are so many, so many things that we do not know and if only we have the knowledge and the expertise, if only if only...

I do not have all the answers and do not understand why many things happened.

But I do and still believe that WHEN THERE IS A WILL, THERE IS A WAY.

At the very least, that was what Teacher told me...

First purchase from StrawberryNET!!!

Wohoooooo!! My first order from StrawberryNet has arrived!!

I opened the delivery at my colleague's desk.

Oh my, she was as excited as me and we both took photos with our camera phones!!

Two weeks ago, I realised that my Lancome foundation is finishing, only 1/3 left in the bottle. My friends have raved about StrawberryNet. Even a train mate (a friend I met while taking the train) told me about StrawberryNet (about a year ago) when I said that I needed to replenish my makeup supplies. Colleagues would ask me if I needed to buy cosmetics/skincare and send the link to the website.

Knowing that the Lancome foundation is available in Strawberry, I decided to give it a go. But guess what, Murphy's Law kicked in!! My colour run out!! I went into a panic and did not know what to do. Don't tell me I have to search for another brand please nooooooo......!! I had a hard time searching for this one, one that matches my colour, one that does not give me much breakouts, one that does not oxidize!!! How can this happen? I do not want to buy from the stores which is 30% more expensive!!

Yes, some of you especially guys must be thinking "Won't die without it". RIGHT. Will you die WITHOUT your computer games, your palm top, iPhone, your IPOD or aircon in Singapore? Well, that was how I felt!!

I ordered the foundation on a late Wednesday night. It took just three working days, arriving on Tuesday morning in my pigeon hole!! It was delivered in a plain white box and the foundation was nicely-wrapped with purple wrapper and ribbon!!

Took some photos with my phone's camera... not very good effect though.

Plus, it was my first order so I received a free gift with the purchase.

I chose a slipper-design pendant with chain. Sweet!

Late Night Movie!!

Watched "Law Abiding Citizen" last night!!

The movie started at 10pm and ended at 12am. Went back, baby cried... slept at 1am. Woke at 5.30am to make milk for Shannyn and slept back. Woke at 6.45am.... still sleepy.

Overall, great movie, nice plots though a little dejavu...pretty good actors.

Nemo Bikini!!
