It was the very first cake that we baked together!
Sean mixing the ingredients manually... we didn't have an electric mixer .. we took turns to do it as it was pretty tiring...
A fantastic feature about the oven is that we can set an 'end time' and it will automatically switch off by itself when it is time. So we don't have to worry about burning.
It tasted really good!! Next attempt, I may warm up the oven for a longer time and probably get an electric mixer to do the mixing!!
