There was only one huge rectangular-sized pool at the swimming school and it's specially dedicated for babies and toddlers only. It is not open to public for swimming. It was quite fun to see so many kids in the pool, with parents sitting by the pool and observing them! Sean was supervising Shannyn in the pool while I was busy taking photos and videos of her first swimming lesson! First, they started with some warming up and playing in the pool. The parents were told to blow bubbles in front of the babies and somehow, the babies will mimick and follow-suit. This is to ensure that they do not swallow water but will spit or blow bubbles if they were to submerge in water. Then the teacher threw some toys into the pool e.g. duckies into the pool and somehow, all the babies automatically started to 'swim' towards the toys to grab them. They were then supposed to collect the toys and placed it back into the basket (located at the side of the pool). At the end of the lesson, we received a swimming progress chart for Shannyn which awards sticker to be placed on the chart for each accomplished task as the lesson continues.

Hmm.. so...... what have we got for dinner? The three of us shared soup (with some vege and carrot), sweet and sour fish fillet (which Shannyn loves) and half a roasted duck plus some fragrant rice.
