Pork Rashes

"Inspired" by my friend, Jo's recipe which she posted on her blog, I managed to whip up a somewhat similar dish. Looks good right? Yummy! A bit oily though due to the fatty parts. Sean was saying "Careful, wait chao da" Well, I like it a bit burnt too! Hmm...why do men like to give comments when women are cooking? They might as well take over then.. haaa!
